Louth Craftmark Summer Fair - 14 craft stands under gazebo cover in the St Nicholas Quarter Saturday 9 July.
The skilled artists and makers of Louth Craftmark are popping up for a one day Summer Fair as part of the SEEK fringe festival. There will be an eclectic mix of locally produced high end arts and crafts available to buy on the new plaza on Church Street on Saturday 9 July.
AAEX Postcards
Create your own art postcard at the Market Square on Saturday 2 July. AAEX artists will be back on Market Square to help you create your own art postcards using a variety of techniques. Have fun getting your hands dirty trying out screen printing, lino printing and other techniques. All ages welcome!
AAEX members will provide several pop-up stalls at Market Square at which members of the public can use various techniques to create art postcards which they can take home.
Louth Culture Quest - Walking Tour Of Dundalk Zone with Joe Rooney (Click here to book)
Sunday 10th July | 11am, 1pm & 3pm
Dive-in to the Louth Culture Quest with a walking tour of the Dundalk Zone, guided in person by our very own custodian of art from 2050 Lugh, performed by Joe Rooney of Fr. Ted fame. Audiences will solve the clues, find the artworks and discover what happens to art and heritage in 2050, all while being entertained by our comic custodian. Participants will need to download the Louth Culture Quest App costing €4.99 from the Google Play or App Store in advance of the tour. There is no additional cost for the tour, but booking is required.

HIDE 22 @ Bridge Street Studios
HIDE 22 is an exhibition of work by the artists of Bridge Street Studios. The 9 artists have responded to the themes of this year’s Seek festival. The exhibition will feature a selection of paintings, textiles, ceramics and sculpture. It will run from Saturday 2 July to Saturday 9 July 12 – 4 pm. Creative Spark Pop Up Printing
Keep an eye out for Creative Spark’s “Pedal Press” around Dundalk town centre during the festival! We have transformed a bicycle into a portable printing press. Anyone who meets the bicycle around the town can create their very own free screen-print.
